II. AMENDMENT / CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW
- In case there are no arrivals for rooms reserved on the date confirmed without prior notification, the total values of the nights reserved will be charged. Cost of food and drink pre-ordered, if any, included.
2. You shall notify Party A intended amendments or cancellations by fax or email for us consideration with the following time frame:
2.1 Minimum 02 day before the confirmed date of arrivals for 1-4 rooms (FIT).
2.2 For 5 rooms or more (GIT), the following compensatory rate will be applicable for cancellations made:
14 - 08 days before confirmed arrival date 50% of value of the first room nights reserved.
07 – 02 days before confirmed arrival date 100% of value of the first room nights reserved
Notification failure or later notification shall be considered as no-shows and Clause 1 shall be applicable.
3. !0 % might be charged for any other cases of cancellation.
